Working on the Bowling Action

This past weekend we worked on our bowling action with coaches Ranjit and Mahendra assisting the players with their technique. I'm posting links to several YouTube videos that will hopefully reinforce what we've learned.

Bob Woolmer was a cricketer for England in the 1970s and 1980s, then went on to a successful coaching career. He produced a series of videos that teach the proper technique for batting, bowling, and fielding. These three clips are from the "Bowling" course.
